CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) - A man killed in a shooting in Champaign Sunday evening has been identified.Â
Champaign police were called just after 6 p.m. to the 3700 block of Colleen Dr. for a shooting.Â
Officers found a 24-year-old Champaign man, later identified by the Champaign County Coroner as Richard Frazier, with multiple injuries after being shot while leaving his apartment.Â
Frazier was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead at 7 p.m. Sunday.
An autopsy is scheduled for later this week.Â
The shooting is still under investigation.Â
