CHARLESTON, Ill. (WAND) - A Charleston recovery program is helping with long term care for its clients.
Adult & Teen Challenge Illinois is looking into purchasing and reopening the Lincoln Springs Resort.
The resort would be used as a long-term work-study center for clients who graduated from their addiction recovery program.
