Decatur saw the opening of its first Buffalo Wild Wings Go location Tuesday, just in time for National Chicken Wing Day.

DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - In honor of National Chicken Wing Day, Decatur saw the opening of its first Buffalo Wild Wings Go location. 

The takeout-only restaurant is located at 1910 Mount Zion Road and will have a standard Buffalo Wild Wings menu without the alcohol. 

"You can order inside or you can order on the app. We don't really have seating to eat, we have seating for you to wait, but it's a takeout, to-go situation only," said Suzi Rotz, Director of Marketing for BWW Go. 

Rotz said there were plans to open the restaurant a few weeks ago, but could not resist the timing of the wing-derful holiday. 

"When we saw this day and this opportunity, we thought, why not? This is perfect. National Chicken Wing Day, end of July, hot food, quick, takeout orders, let's do it," Rotz said. 

The store will be open every day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and to place a pickup order, go here.
