RANTOUL, Ill. (WAND) - The Champaign County Coroner is identifying a man who was killed in a stabbing in Rantoul.Â
Livy A. Diaz Mendez, 31, of Urbana was stabbed in the 500 block of East Wabash Ave. He was pronounced dead at the hospital just after 11 p.m. September 13.Â
An autopsy has been scheduled.Â
The death is being investigated by the the Rantoul Police Department.Â
