BETHANY, Ill. (WAND) - Bethany Police are searching for a man believed to be involved with installing a credit card skimming device inside a local gas pump.
According to Bethany PD, a surveillance photo was captured at a Casey's in Braidwood, on June 24, at approximately 12:13 p.m. of a man wearing a bright yellow long-sleeve shirt and dark pants, who is believed to have installed the device.Â
Police said this individual used card info from Bethany during his purchase while at the pump, then came inside and made another purchase.
Police believe the suspect was driving a black pickup, possibly a Dodge. They are seeking assistance from the public in identifying this individual.
