CENTRALIA, Ill. (WAND) - Illinois State Police arrested a man in connection with a shooting that left one man dead and three people hurt in Centralia on Sunday.
ISP said 21-year-old Shavonte Samuels was arrested for the shooting that killed 19-year-old Stephen McCary III.
Samuels faces charges including first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder.
He will remain in the Marion County Jail until his pretrial release hearing.
