Investigators say the fire that killed a teen and his grandmother was accidental.
17-year-old Colin Sands and his 71-year-old grandmother Diane Davis died in a fire Saturday. It happened at their home on Sherman Street. Director of Public Safety Larry Thomason says the cause of the fire has not been determined, but arson has been ruled out.
