DECATUR, IL. (WAND) - Happy Saturday! Dry air over the Great Lakes helps to keep us mainly quiet today, but a warm front lifts in with a few minor disturbances.
A warm front lifting in today brings a low impact to the forecast. Clouds gradually build in throughout the day, and temperatures warm to the upper 60s. Tonight, isolated, spotty showers can’t be ruled out north of I-72, but most will be mainly cloudy. These clouds keep us in the upper 50s overnight.
Tomorrow, a similar setup in flow will keep the warming trend going into the upper 70s, but this time, the rain may reach farther into Central Illinois by tomorrow evening. Rain and highs in the upper 70s near 80 degrees remain in the forecast throughout the rest of this week.Â
Have a great weekend!
