WELDON, Ill. (WAND) — The Weldon Fire Department responded to a large barn fire on Saturday night.Â
According to the department, the fire happened on Friends Creek Road near Ospur Road. Firefighters responded just after 7:30 p.m. Saturday evening.

In a Facebook post, the department said firefighters found one collapsed barn completely engulfed with a large machine shed fully involved and partially collapsed.
There were several campers nearby and other outlying structures.Â

The department paged for mutual aid, and crews from Cisco, Maroa, Clinton, and Argenta responded. The Village of Weldon brought was a backhoe to assist in knocking down the remaining structure.Â
No one hurt or displaced.Â
