URBANA, Ill. (WAND) —  The site of the former University Rehab facility in Urbana could be back in use sometime in the future.
WAND News found tax records that show the property was purchased in November.
Champaign County Executive Steve Summers said it's his understanding that the new ownership group intends to use a portion of the facility as a skilled nursing care home.
Any utilization would require a substantial amount of renovation at the property.
