DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) — One man was hurt after a shooting in Decatur Saturday night.
The Decatur Police Department told WAND News that officers responded to the 400 block of West Division Street just after 7 p.m. for reports of someone who had been shot.
When they arrived, officers found a 32-year-old man who had been shot in the arm. He was taken to the hospital, where police said he is expected to recover.
According to DPD, the victim was uncooperative with officers, but a nearby witness was able to help police identify a suspect. No arrests have been made at this time.
