CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) - The Champaign County Association of Realtors said it's building momentum as it plunges deeper into 2026.

The group stated that it saw a slight dip in home sales in January, and the available inventory on the market is also down.

The shift puts Champaign County on par with national numbers.

Additionally, the association said pricing is a bright spot.

Median sales prices are on the rise, but still far below the median nationally.
