DANVILLE, Ill. (WAND) — The City of Danville is making funds available for eligible homeowners in need of critical repairs through the Illinois Housing Development Authority Home Repair and Accessibility Program.
The funds are meant to help low and very low-income homeowners by providing money for critical health and safety repairs and accessibility improvements.Â
People can qualify for up to $50,000. Eligibility requirements include having a household income of less than or equal to 80% of the area median income. Valid submissions will be selected for assistance through a lottery process.
