DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) – Early voting begins in Illinois on Thursday for the March 17 primary.
Macon County voters can vote early at the early voting center in the Macon County Building Annex located at 151 W. Wood Street in Decatur.
You can vote from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Even though the Macon County Building will be closed on Lincoln’s birthday and Presidents' Day, the voting center will be open.
In addition to Thursday being the first day of early voting, mail-in ballots will be sent to voters who have requested them.
You can register to vote at the early voting center. You will need two pieces of ID to do so.
