SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) — Over 150 City Water, Light and Power (CWLP) customers are without power in Springfield Sunday night.
According to CWLP, a tree came down over a primary line in the 500 block of West Edwards Street, resulting in the outage.
The utilities company said over 150 customers are being impacted, from West Lawrence Avenue to West Edwards Street, between South Walnut and South Pasfield Streets.
According to the company, crews are working to restore power as quickly and safely as possible. Repair status can be tracked on the CWLP outage map.
