MT. ZION, Ill. (WAND) — Power has been restored to almost 300 people in Mt. Zion. The cause of the outage was a downed tree that fell on a power line.
According to the Ameren Illinois outage map, 375 people were experiencing a power outage in the Spitler Woods area.
The fallen tree is on Spitler Park Drive.Â
Ameren estimated power was restored around 10:30 p.m. Sunday night.
