ROCHESTER, Ill. (WAND) - A huge fire destroyed a large shed in Rochester Wednesday afternoon.
The Rochster Fire Protection District was called out to North Walnut for a large shed building on fire.
Pictures posted to the RFPD Facebook page showed huge flames coming from the building. The shed was a total loss.
The fire did not spread to the adjacent house, and no one was injured.
In addition to RFPD, Sherman Fire Protection District, Mechanicsburg Fire & EMS, Dawson Fire Protection District, and Riverton Fire and EMS also responded.
The Sangamon County Sheriff's Office and Rochester Police Department also came to the scene.
