A man admits he may be the driver involved in a deadly incident.
25-year-old Donny Bryan turned himself in to Effingham Police Monday. 45-year-old Mark Golden of Effingham was hit by a vehicle, and dragged more than two miles Saturday night on Jaycee Avenue in Effingham. The driver left the scene.
The case has now been turned over to the state's attorney's office.
