(WAND) -Â Severe weather moved through parts of central Illinois Monday morning, bringing heavy rain, strong winds, and dramatic skies across the area.
WAND viewers captured the storms as they rolled through their communities, sharing photos of dark clouds, lightning, heavy rainfall, and storm damage.
The storms were part of a larger system that prompted weather alerts across portions of the state.Â
