EFFINGHAM, Ill. (WAND) - The "judgment free zone" is open for business in Effingham.
Planet Fitness opened at 1004 N. Keller Dr. between Goodwill and Dollar General.
People can choose from two different membership options, Home Club where you can only attend the Effingham location, or Black Card membership where you can go to any Planet Fitness location
Membership is $39 a year, plus a monthly fee determined by which option you choose.
The gym as weights for lifting, cardio equipment, stretching areas, and a 30-minute circuit full-body workout.
Planet Fitness also has locker rooms, tanning beds, massage chairs, and HydroMassage.
It is open 24 hours a day, five days a week. The hours are from 7 a.m. Sunday through 10 p.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Saturday through 9 p.m. Saturday.
