SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) — The City of Springfield will officially launch its Community Connection initiative on June 30 to help increase public trust in the local government.
Community Connection will be available through the new City Navigator online portal.Â
The platform will allow Springfield residents to to submit questions, ideas, compliments and concerns directly to City officials.Â
Submissions will be independently reviewed and sent to the appropriate departments. Responses are expected within one to two days. Â
Residents can access the platform through the City of Springfield's website.Â
