Trevor Higgins named new head football coach for Central A&M

MOWEAQUA, Ill. (WAND) - Trevor Higgins has been named the new head football coach for Central A&M.

The Central A&M Board of Education officially approved Higgins as the new coach at Monday night's meeting.

Higgins is a 2003 A&M graduate.

He comes after a tenure at Pana, where he led the program to a 78-18 record and four quarterfinal appearances.

He stepped down as the head coach of Pana in December 2024 to focus on family.
