Decatur – The jury trial is set for a man charged in relation to a shooting on Decatur's south side.

 

23 year old Kameron Farrington is charge with Aggravated Battery and Weapon Possession by a Felon, among other charges. Police say 21 year old Rafael Kennedy, Junior was shot in the five hundred block of South Oakland Avenue in January. Kennedy later showed up at a hospital with a minor gunshot wound.

 

Farrington is being held on a 60 thousand dollars bond. His jury trial is set for May 30th.
