DECATUR - Archer Daniels Midland Company will announce the winners of the 2016 Food Innovation Challenge on August 11.

The announcement will be made at an awards banquet in Decatur.  Ten semi-finalists presented their business plans and food innovation products to a panel of judges in an effort to win the challenge.  Officials say three finalists, Kathy's Kitchen, Soozie's Doozies, LLC, and Sweet Freedom Gluten Free Bakery, were named on August 10.

The winner of the challenge will receive $50,000 in seed funding from ADM, $50,000 from National Foodworks Services, and other prizes.
