CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) — Fighting Illini guard Gretchen Dolan will miss the rest of the 2025-26 season after tearing her meniscus.
According to Illini athletics, Dolan underwent surgery on the meniscus in her right knee on Monday.
Across the 18 games she appeared in during this season, Dolan averaged 12.9 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.2 steals per game.Â
She is third on the team in points per game and steals per game, and second on the team in assists per game.
Dolan started in the first 17 games of the season and had 13 double-digit scoring games.
