ORLANDO, FL (WAND) -- Illinois and South Carolina finished the regular season both 9-3 and both coaches called their teams as playoff worthy teams.
On Monday both head coaches meet with media in the final pregame press conference.
And while some teams might be bitter about being left out of the College Football Playoffs both the Fighting Illini and the Gamecocks they are grateful for a chance to play in the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl and have one more week with their players.
#20 Illinois and #15 South Carolina kick off Tuesday Dec. 31 at 3 p.m. Eastern Time.
