MATTOON, Ill. (WAND) — A driver who had a medical incident Saturday night during the WFO Micro Series has been released from the hospital, according to the Coles County Speedway.
The remainder of Saturday's races were canceled when driver Bella Coleman experienced a medical emergency.Â
"The Coleman family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the entire racing community for the outpouring of support, including the many calls and messages received throughout the night and into today," read part of a post from the Speedway on Facebook.
