Illinois Basketball Club & former Illini put on week long camp

URBANA, Ill. (WAND) -- The Illinois Basketball Club hosts hundreds of campers from third through eighth grade for their annual camp. 

After starting the camp in his driveway during the COVID pandemic, Founder Delandis Beck said it's grown year after year and now includes the addition of former Illinois basketball players helping to coach.

Along with working on their skills they are also teaching the athletes how to develop mental strength and stay positive if something doesn't go their way.
