DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) — The MacArthur and Eisenhower baseball teams are planning to co-op for the upcoming spring season.
According to MacArthur Athletic Director Jason Crutcher, both schools are in the process of doing the necessary paperwork with the IHSA.
Eisenhower did not have enough players to have a team last season, and MacArthur only had 16 players on the team.
Crutcher said the teams are joining together in hopes of building up numbers so they can have a varsity and JV team in the future.
