DECATUR, IL. (WAND) - Happy Wednesday! The light rain from last night has moved on, and we should see dry conditions for the next few days. Temperatures are in the 50s this morning, but they will warm up quickly into the 60s by the afternoon. Clear skies will take over through Thursday evening. It will be another windy day, but gusts will be closer to the 20 mph range.

Temperatures will drop into the 40s overnight. The sunny skies will again allow temperatures to warm into the upper 60s and low 70s by the afternoon. It will feel similar to Monday with low humidity and a nice breeze out of the northwest. This will be the last comfortable day before rain chances return.

Rain chances will move in overnight on Thursday. These showers will linger into early Friday morning. Temperatures will warm up into the upper 70s by Friday afternoon as the rain exits. Heat and humidity will return for the weekend. Temperatures will soar into the upper 80s and low 90s with scattered storm chances through early next week.
