LIV 2020 New Today Tonight Forecast.png

DECATUR, IL. (WAND) - Happy Sunday! Rain chances increase today and tomorrow thanks to a neighboring area of low pressure off to the west and southwest. However, high pressure is looming north of the Great Lakes, and it will bring us a quick return to dry conditions by midweek.

Today, we’ll be partly sunny, breezy, and warm again in the upper 70s and low 80s. We’ll have enough moisture to support a few isolated showers this morning and afternoon, but mainly west of I-57, and those raindrops will be more like sprinkles for areas farther east.

Better chances for scattered showers roll in overnight into Monday morning, and those showers stick around through the late afternoon. However, as high pressure returns to the southern Great Lakes heading into Tuesday, we’ll dry off late and be back to sunshine for the midweek.
