DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Hot and humid weather sticks around Central Illinois into next week.
There's also almost a daily chance of showers and storms into the weekend.
The first round arrives this afternoon and some of the storms through evening could bring damaging winds and very heavy downpours.
Showers and storms will be more scattered Wednesday and Thursday, mainly in the afternoon and evening.
We'll see another chance of strong to severe storms Friday afternoon and evening.
Highs this week will be in the 80s to around 90° and it'll feel more like 90°-100°.
