DECATUR, Ill. (WAND)- Rain quickly moves away from west to east this afternoon, but snow showers will enter the picture this evening. As temperatures plummet in the wake of our latest cold front, there may not be enough time for everything to dry off, so black ice is a definite possibility, and caution should be exercised this evening. Snow showers can cover the ground, mainly unpaved surfaces, before exiting later tonight, and the wind won't be as strong. However, there is a wind advisory in place until midnight tonight for gusts of 40-50 mph.
