Celebrate the holidays at the Mattoon Public Library during its 12 Days of Christmas event. The first 12 people to stop at the library's first floor circulation desk will receive a special present.Â

Step into the holiday spirit with Downtown Springfield’s enchanting Old Capitol Holiday Walks! Enjoy glowing lights, decorated storefronts, ice skating, live music, special guests and the warm charm of local businesses. Bring your family, meet your friends and make memories all season long.

Public Skate at U of IÂ
Ready to show off your ice skating skills? Then, take to the ice at the University of Illinois on Saturday.Â

Shelbyville Festival of Trees
Visit the Shelbyville Festival of Trees at the Chautauqua in Forest Park and take in dozens of beautifully decorated Christmas trees during your holiday lights visit. Stroll through the displays, soak in the seasonal magic and don’t forget to vote for your favorite tree!Â

It's A Grinch Party Afternoon with KC Finds
