DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Crossing Healthcare Board of Directors announced the formal appointment of Julie M. Brilley, MPH, as Chief Executive Officer.
Brilley has served as Interim CEO since late 2025.
“Since stepping into the interim role, Julie has demonstrated the executive foresight Crossing Healthcare needs,” said Board Chair April Ingram. “Her deep roots in the Decatur medical community and her success as COO make us confident that her leadership will guide Crossing to new levels of patient care and community impact.”
“I am deeply honored to lead this incredible team,” said Brilley. “As we look ahead, we remain dedicated to providing high‑quality, compassionate care while adapting to meet the evolving needs of our community.”
Brilley earned her Master of Public Health from Saint Louis University and her Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
She has served on several nonprofit and healthcare boards throughout Macon County.
