DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Happy tails is back! Every Wednesday, WAND will feature animals from the Decatur & Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation (DMCASF).

This week, we're featuring Mr. Pennybags and Coffee Cake.

Mr. Pennybags is a medium-sized dog and has a brother at the shelter. There is no sibling rivalry between the two, as the pair get along extremely well. 

Coffee Cake is a 10-week-old domestic shorthair kitten. He is described as a playful, sweet baby who is one of the many kittens up for adoption.
