DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Happy tails is back! Every Wednesday, WAND will feature animals from the Decatur & Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation (DMCASF).
This week, we're featuring Sam and Big X.
Sam was dropped off at the shelter last week and has a very friendly and easy-going personality.Â
Big X is about four years old and has a wrinkly face that is sure to melt your heart.Â
