DANVILLE, Ill. (WAND) — Learn all about Owls at the Kennekuk County Park's Education Center in November with students from the University of Illinois.
Organizers with the Vermilion County Conservation District say Owl Night will be held on November 12 at the Knnekuk County Park's Education Center from 5 to 8:30 p.m.
University students will share information about the Northern Saw-whet owl, like their migration and behavior.
There will be interactive indoor and outdoor activities, crafts, and a showcase of tools used outside to capture and track owls.
Organizers add the event is free and no per-registration is required.
