DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - The Macon County Fair will host its rodeo next week.

The event will begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, at the Macon County Fairgrounds.  

The rodeo was previously cancelled in June over safety concerns from heavy rainfall.

Popular events will make their return, including steer wrestling, team roping and bull riding. 

Gates open at 5 p.m. and tickets can be purchased online.
