SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - The YMCA of Springfield will join other YMCAs around the country in hosting Campfire Across America. It is a one night celebration of connection and community.
The Springfield Y will host a campfire with free s'mores, hiking, swimming, kayaking, outdoor games for kids, and food and drinks for purchase at the YMCA Camp Wa-Kon-Tah, on Lake Springfield, Wednesday, July 22, from 6-8 p.m.,, 6602 Iron Bridge Rd.
Campfire Across America is taking place at YMCAs in all 50 states.
