EFFINGHAM, Ill. (WAND) - Four people, including two children, were injured in a crash in Effingham Monday.Â
The Effingham Police Department was called out for a crash just before 4 p.m.
A vehicle driven by a 56-year-old woman from Louisville, was traveling southbound on S. Banker St. and struck a vehicle driven by a 28-year-old from Miami, FL, which was traveling eastbound on W. Jaycee Ave.
The Louisville driver was cited for Disobeying a Traffic Control Device and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
