(WAND) - Ali Group announced it has completed the acquisition of BUNN.
Ali Group is a foodservice equipment company.
With the completion of the transaction, BUNN, formerly known as Bunn-O-Matic Corporation, BUNN will operate as part of the Welbilt® portfolio in North America.
Locally, BUNN has a location in Springfield.
