More memories shared of five Beason family members found killed in their home last month.
Almost a week after their funeral, Park Meadows Baptist Church in Lincoln hosted a memorial for some family members. Victims 39-year-old Ruth Gee and 16-year-old Justina Constant attended the church. The pastor says Justina was there the day before her body was found. 46-year-old Rick Gee, 14-year-old Dillen Constant, and 11-year-old Austin Gee were also killed.
Just days ago, Rick Gee's ex-son-in-law, Christopher Harris was arrested in connection with the deaths. He was in court Friday facing five counts of first degree murder. He will face a judge again Tuesday. So far, investigators have not released a motive, or why they came to suspect Harris. Each murder count carries a minimum of 20 years and a maximum of 60 years.
If Harris is convicted of two or more, it's a mandatory life sentence.
