Book delivery delays hit DPL after sudden distributor shutdown

DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - The Decatur Public Library has announced delays in new materials coming to the library.

DPL posted on Facebook Oct. 7, explaining that their regular book distributor, Baker & Taylor, has suddenly stopped operations.

Delays are expected until the library can transition to a new distributor.

Decatur residents looking for any materials they may have trouble finding can contact the library's reference desk at 217-421-9731.
