CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) — A Champaign local is a little richer after scratching off some lotto tickets.
The Illinois Lottery posted on social media that a Champaign man named Michael won $11,000 by playing the 200X The Cash and $10 Million Instant Tickets.
