DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Decatur police are investigating a shooting Friday night.
It happened near North Illinois Street and East Prairie Avenue around 10 p.m. The crime scene is not far from A1 Grocery and Sharks restaurant.
Several videos and comments on social media showed a large police presence and yellow crime scene tape stretching across the street.
Police tell WAND News, when officers arrived they found a 31 year old man who had a been shot outside of the home. He died from his injuries.
Police are still looking for a suspect.
