(WAND) - A Champaign man will spend 60 years in prison after a jury convicted him of murder this summer.
A judge sentenced William Wesley to a six-decade prison sentence in the Illinois Department of Corrections, with credit for 755 days previously served.
Wesley shot and killed a man at his West Springfield Avenue home in July 2023.
Police found Wesley in Atlanta, Georgia, two months later.
According to Champaign County court records, a jury found Wesley guilty on four counts of first-degree murder July 25.
