VANDALIA, Ill. (WAND) - Illinois State Police made another arrest connected to the murder of a 14-year-old girl in Vandalia late last week.

ISP said Donna Toberman was arrested on charges of unlawful weapons possession after multiple firearms were found inside her home during a search.

She was also found not to possess a FOIC and charged with four counts of unlawful possession of a firearm without the requisite firearm identification card.

Donna is the grandmother of 14-year-old Kylie Toberman, whom she adopted several years ago.

ISP previously arrested Arnold Rivera, 43, earlier this week in connection with the girl's death.

Donna was arrested and moved to the Fayette County Jail.
