CHATSWORTH, Ill. (WAND) — A Sheldon man has pleaded guilty to felony LSD possession.
Livingston County Circuit Court records show David R. Fredericks accepted a negotiated plea agreement Tuesday.Â
Under the terms of the agreement, Fredericks pleaded guilty to one count of possessing between 600 and 1,500 objects or parts of LSD, a Class 1 felony stemming from an incident on July 2, 2025.
Court records show four other counts against Fredericks were dismissed in exchange for the guilty plea.Â
Fredericks was sentenced to the Illinois Department of Corrections to serve a prison term and was ordered to pay associated fines and court costs.
