URBANA, Ill. (WAND) - Urbana School District 116 will offer free meals to those 18 and under this summer through its Summer Meal Program.Â
The meals will be offered on the following dates at various USD116 locations:
- June 8 to July 2, Monday to Thursday (except June 18) - Dr. Williams Elementary
- Breakfast 9-9:30 a.m., lunch noon to 12:30 p.m
- June 8 to July 16, Monday to Thursday (except June 18 or July 6) - Urbana Middle School and Urbana High School
- Breakfast 9-9:30 a.m., lunch noon to 12:30 p.m. (at both locations)
- July 7-9 and 13-14 - Yankee Ridge Multilingual
- Breakfast 9-9:30 a.m., lunch noon to 12:30 p.m.
- Aug. 3-7, Monday to Friday - Urbana High School, Urbana Sixth Grade Center and Thomas Paine Elementary
- Breakfast 9-9:30 a.m., lunch noon to 12:30 p.m. (at UHS and Sixth Grade Center)
- Breakfast 8:30-9 a.m., lunch noon to 12:30 p.m. (Thomas Paine)
School-aged students can still receive meals if not enrolled in summer school. District 116 added that those 18 or older can get meals with a state-defined mental or physical disability.Â
